Where is your favourite destination and why?
Mallorca. When I started planning my 30th birthday, it felt like the perfect place to celebrate with both my friends and family. There’s something special about the island; each town feels like its own little world, with a quiet beauty that makes you want to slow down and take it all in.
When did you discover Mallorca?
I first visited in 2019 with my now husband [musician Mr Eazi]. We completely fell in love with it. There’s something about its history and the way the architecture has been so thoughtfully preserved that really stayed with us. We both lead such busy lives, so being there, able to properly switch off and take in the landscape, felt incredibly grounding.

Where do you like to stay?
In terms of areas, Deià is always a favourite, it’s a small, beautiful town not far from Palma with a much slower, more intimate pace. We stayed at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel.
The views are incredible, but it’s really the atmosphere, which is understated and serene.

Your favourite meal there?
It’s too hard to choose just one! I loved the slower lunches there — fresh seafood, simple Mediterranean dishes that feel homemade and served family-style, and everyone gathered around the table for hours just chatting and laughing. It feels very intimate, which was exactly what I wanted from the trip.
What would you do if you only had 24 hours there?
I’d start by exploring some of the surrounding towns like Valldemossa and Fornalutx — they’re incredibly picturesque, with historic stone houses, winding streets and the most beautiful mountain views. It’s the kind of place where you can just wander without a plan and still feel like you’ve discovered something special. I’d end the day with a long, relaxed dinner at one of the local spots like Es Pi at Sa Pedrissa — especially if you’d like something overlooking the water. You just need good food, drinks and that effortless Mallorca atmosphere, and it’s a good day.
Three favourite restaurants?
Honestly, there are so many incredible places in Mallorca; a lot of the smaller, local spots have some of the best food. Ca’s Patró March in Deià for the setting alone is completely unforgettable. El Olivo at La Residencia is beautiful for something a bit more special, and the Sea Club at Cap Rocat for a more relaxed, coastal take on Mallorcan dining.

What is the one unmissable thing you recommend doing?
Driving through the Tramuntana mountains is completely unmissable. The scenery is incredible and some of my favourite moments from the trip came from those in-between drives, just taking everything in with no real plan. There was something very special about sharing those quieter moments with the people I love, constantly spotting something beautiful out of the window, every turn feeling more breathtaking than the last. Being able to experience that, just as I turned 30, is what made it all feel so meaningful.
Is there a hidden gem you are willing to share?
I’m reluctant to call anything a hidden gem in Mallorca, but finding the right spot for sunset along the coast feels incredibly special. Anywhere around Deià, where the mountains meet the sea, has the most unreal light in the evenings. It’s one of those moments that never quite translates on camera, you just have to be there. Going off the main paths and finding a quieter viewpoint makes it feel much more intimate, almost like you have it to yourself.

Where do you like to let your hair down?
Definitely by the water. I don’t know if it’s the Pisces in me, but some of my favourite moments were the most unplanned — music, drinks and being with my friends with the sea in the background. There were so many days where lunch would effortlessly turn into dinner, and then into drinks.
Who do you call to have a good time there?
My friends and family, always. This specific trip was all about having everyone I love in one place, which is something that doesn’t happen often. There’s something special about being able to slow down together.
Rialto Living in Palma is always a favourite — it’s one of those beautifully curated spaces you can spend hours in. I also love the smaller artisan shops you come across in Deià and Valldemossa, they feel much more personal and considered.
The one thing you would bring home as a souvenir?
The views, honestly. It sounds simple, but they’re what stay with you long after you’ve left. If I had to bring something physical back, it would be something local. I came across a small pottery shop in Deià with the most beautiful handmade pieces that I loved. There’s something about knowing the time and care that’s gone into making something that makes it feel even more special.
Your favourite beauty spot?
I’m a spa girl, so the spa at Cap Rocat was a favourite. It’s carved into the rock and feels incredibly calm and private, one of those spaces where you can properly switch off. There’s something about being there, combined with the slower pace of the island, that just resets everything and leaves you feeling completely restored.

I would definitely say SPF, for both your body and your face. The sun in Mallorca is incredible, but you really feel it.
Your dress code for the destination?
Understated but considered. Flowy dresses, linen sets and good accessories — it’s all about looking put together without it feeling forced.
Building you would like to live in?
Outside of being tucked away within the stunning, secluded walls of Cap Rocat, somewhere in Deià overlooking the mountains and the sea would be the dream — that combination is hard to beat.
A song that reminds you of the place?
Mariana by Mr Eazi and King Promise. I’m not biased, I promise, it’s just a great song. We had it on repeat the entire trip, and now whenever I hear it, it takes me right back to Mallorca, that same energy, surrounded by all my loved ones.
