The design is subtly exquisite and a gentle nod to classic safari style – a collaboration between Michaelis Boyd, South Africa-based Nicholas Plewman Architects, and interior designers Fox Browne Creative, it feels sculpted from the earth itself. Clay-rendered walls, natural stone, woven textures, carved timber, interesting fabrics – everything tactile, everything intentional and rather striking indeed.
