When I first moved to Hawai’i, I thought I missed the changes in seasons. And then I remembered that I came from central Texas, where it feels like summer for most of the year Though I do miss wearing cozy sweaters for more than a few days, I have quickly realized that I can’t exactly complain about the great weather we have on Hawai’i Island—and the fact that I can toss my kids in the ocean nearly any day of the year.
